This form is to make an appointment time to pick up non-perishable foods from the Pohukaina Food Pantry at Kapiʻolani Community College on Thursday, October 28, 2021 (there will be new forms for each week).

The pantry is located in the Kīkaha o Laeʻahi Center, ʻIliahi 231. Due to the CDC guidelines for social distancing, we are not able to take anyone without an appointment time. Pick up will be located in ʻIliahi 231. Parking is located in Parking Lot B. Please walk up to ʻIliahi and head to the 2nd floor. Please follow the signs. A map will be emailed to you the day before. You will be able to shop for 10 minutes. We are limited in the number of customers that can shop at a time, so please be patient while waiting for your turn. Please bring your own recycle bags to bag your items. If you have a fever, cough, or are sick, please do not come in.
