When: Saturday, November 18th, 12-1pm
UH Students, Faculty, Staff, and Community are invited to attend this workshop focusing on stress management and cultivating a consistent sense of well-being while navigating professional and personal relationships and navigating dating. Led by Dr. Kaʻahanui, A Native Hawaiian Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Relationship Coach, the following strategies will be shared:
- Understand and be clear of your "Whys"
- Knowing and understanding what you need more clearly through Dr. Kaʻahanui's "Ways of Loving and Love Needs" (i.e. Love Language)
- Gaining clarity and increasing your personal boundary setting
- More focused and informed self-care / i.e. managing your life better
- Show up better in all areas of your life
- Strategies for dating
- Strategies for relational wellbeing
- Strategies for professional wellbeing
