Currently anyone with a UH Account can create URLs.
How long is a shortened URL registered for?
Shortened URLs do not expire but they can be removed via the interface when they are no longer needed.

Appending a '+' to the end of your URL will show you a preview of the link you are being forwarded to.
ex. http://go.hawaii.edu/Jx+
Responsible Use
The University of Hawaii reserves the right to remove a go.hawaii.edu URL at any point.
